Can you remove a virus or malware?
Yes. We remove viruses, malware and scam pop-ups, clean up your system and put protection in place so it's less likely to happen again.
My computer is really slow — can you speed it up?
Usually, yes. A clean-up, an SSD upgrade or more memory often makes an older machine feel new again. We'll tell you honestly if it's worth it or better replaced.
Can you recover files from a dead or damaged drive?
Often we can. Bring it in and we'll assess the drive and let you know what's recoverable before any work goes ahead.
